The Clubhouse information and agreement to reserve the clubhouse can be found on CSI Communities.
Reservations must be completed two weeks prior to the event.
Monteith Park residents may reserve the clubhouse for a refundable security deposit fee. The renting resident must be at least 21 years of age and must be present for the duration of the event. Clubhouse rental periods are 6 hours, which include your setup and cleanup. The security deposit is cashed at the time it is received by CSI and is returned if the clubhouse is left clean and free of any damage.
Clubhouse reservations must meet current recommendations to observe any restrictions issued by the CDC.

Clubhouse rentals do not include or allow pool parties. Pool parties will not be offered this season.
Reservations are first-come, first-served for residential owners and renters.
Clubhouse maximum occupancy is 82 people with tables and chairs, 110 with chairs only.

Office spaces located in the Clubhouse are available for rent by residents in good standing for a fee of $200 per month, which includes utilities except telephone. Please contact CSI to schedule a tour or reserve an office space.
