MSHA relies on City of Charlotte code and zoning enforcement to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful. Check out the city's code enforcement resources to make sure you property does not violate code. Report code violations by calling 3-1-1.
Our garbage is collected on Thursday mornings. Recycling services are offered alternating weeks. Do not place items for pick up outside of your trash bin unless you have scheduled a bulky item pick up. Garbage cans can be placed at the curb after 6:00 p.m. the day before collection and must be rolled back off the curb by 7:00 a.m. the day after pick up. Montclaire South is located in the 98th Precinct. Our current day of voting location is Victory Christian Center located at 6916 Old Pineville Road.
