This research project, titled "Recovery and Reuse of Chromium from Tannery Waste Chrome-liquor using Solar Evaporation Process, was funded by the Bangladesh University Grant Commission, University of Dhaka, Fiscal Year 2021-22.
Key Responsibilities: constructing a solar device evaporator to observe how effective and efficient that the device can be, conducting literature reviews, discussing with the supervisor and experts (mechanical, solar energy) to find possible solutions, and performing experimental trials of the developed device.
Achievements: constructed a solar proto-type device to treat tannery waste chrome liquor, developed a new sustainable ways of treating tannery waste will help researchers dig down into this problem in the future.

The title of this project is "Scoping for Technology Upgradation for the Footwear Sector in Bhairab, the main objective of this project is to identify the need for technology upgradation for tools/machine/equipment/used in the production process of footwear by the cottage, Micro, Small, and medium Enterprises (CMSMEs) in Bhairab and to suggest the need for technology upgradation for 5-10 key tools/machinery/equipment that will impact productivity and quality of the footwear CMSME's in Bhairab.
Key Responsibilities: conducting surveys, guiding fellow enumerators on how to conduct surveys, preparing reports, analyzing collected data, consulting with the team leader and co-team leader, and scrutinizing enterprises to determine whether they have adequate spaces to adapt new machinery.
Achievements: how to deal with employees and management while conducting interviews/surveys, Gained much knowledge about cluster footwear in Bhairab, developed a new skill of leading a team, obtained insightful knowledge about footwear machinery.
