Internship company name: Bengal Leather Complex Ltd.

Internship company location: Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka

Worked as a junior assistant under a Leather Engineer.
Main key responsibilities were- checking chemical quality in chemical section, observing every process, maintaining register books, giving instructions to the workers etc.
Achieved adequate knowledge about leather industry.
Gained much knowledge about machineries and processes involved in leather making.

Project Name: Sustainable Leather Tanning Industry in Bangladesh: Integrating Lean and Institutional Logics into OHS Management (SusLeather)
Key Responsibilities are- conducting interviews with the top management, organizing seminars and workshops, preparing research reports, analyzing collected data using different tools and methods, conducting literature reviews, writing research papers, etc.
