I am a mom, an author, and a crime analyst who has spent most of my career serving in law enforcement, first as a 911 operator and now as an intelligence analyst. Each step of my journey has been about service—whether protecting my community through public safety or giving a voice to others through my writing. Today, my path is shifting toward the mental health field, where I can bring together my professional skills, life experiences, and passion for helping people. My goal is to be a source of hope and support for those navigating the challenges of mental illness, just as I have found strength and purpose through my own journey.
