About Us

The MOMS Club® of Marion, Iowa is a local chapter of the International MOMS Club®

MOMS Club is an acronym for Moms Offering Moms Support. This includes mothers that stay-at-home, work part-time or work from home. Our chapter's boundaries include Marion, Robins, Springville, and Toddville which are all communities located within the Cedar Rapids, IA metro area.

In the MOMS Club® you'll find support and friendships for yourself and your children, educational and informative presentations and discussions from local speakers, meals for new mothers, and more.

The MOMS Club® offers regular park days and playgroups for children of all ages, field trips to area attractions, coffee and ice cream dates, interest groups for mothers and much more. Take a look around our site and find out more about our group.

The MOMS Club® of Marion chapter was established in 2007. It started with two neighborhood moms that recently moved into the area. One had been in a MOMS Club chapter in her previous town and really enjoyed it. There was not a MOMS Club chapter in Marion at that time and waiting lists for other groups to join. So these two brave moms applied and were granted membership in 2007. Thus, MOMS Club of Marion was born. We are a group of about 30 members and growing! We have a diverse group including first-time moms and more experienced mothers. Our group focuses on scheduling activities that are fun for both moms and kids. Members can attend as few or as many activities as they like. We provide a variety of activities, so there is something for everyone.

Of course, children are welcome at all activities!
