Copyright is the legal right of the owner or creator of the product to reproduce, publish, sell and distribute their work. This means that the original owner of the product and anyone they give authorization to are the only ones with the exclusive right to reproduce and sell the work. Anyone who make use of the original owner's work or product for their own content and benefit without acknowledging or giving credit or having legal license for doing that is committing a serious offence. Learners should be aware that copyrighting is a serious offence and one can be charged ten years imprisonment and/or unlimited fee. (Webster, 2018).
