for Food Intelligence at DGU
We are a research group in the department of Food Science & Biotechnology (FSB) at Dongguk University (DGU)-Seoul, Republic of Korea. The Food Intelligence Laboratory is committed to understanding, and ultimately engineering, the complex food and bio-processes at the interface of physics, chemistry, and biology, and addressing the challenges associated with nexus among food systems, environment, nutrition, and health by building and testing biophysical platforms of how the molecules move, interact, and work. For this purpose, we utilize the cutting-edge manufacturing/microfabrication system and characterization technology for scale-up through integrating experimentation in nano-, micro-, and macro-scales, and interdisciplinary modelling.
