Past:
I taught Math 1140, Financial Mathematics, at the University of Virginia in Spring 2022.
At UVA, I've been the instructor of record for several calculus courses. In 2020, I was honored to be selected by the Mathematics Department as a Teaching Mentor; this yearly mentorship program pairs experienced graduate student instructors with first year instructors. I was selected for this role due to "demonstrated excellence in the classroom," and though the program is long-standing at UVA, I was grateful to offer my mentee support during a challenging, zoom-heavy semester.
Prior to joining the University of Virginia, I taught a course about mathematical cryptography at UC Berkeley through the DeCal Program (Democratic Education at Cal). This program allows undergraduate students to design and teach a for-credit class to fellow undergrads.
