I am a Marie Curie Postdoc fellow at University of Granada, Spain. I explore the world of electronics from different abstraction level, for that I perform Atomistic simulations, Numerical modeling, Compact modeling, SPICE level circuit simulations and experimental characterisations. Currently my primary focus is on the exploration of 2D materials for their use in neuromorphic and beyond CMOS computing. I also explore Silicon based nanosheet FETs to advance the logic technology nodes.
Befor coming to Spain, I was a Principle Engineer at Global Foundries in the world wide compact modeling department. I have done my PhD and Masters from IIT Gandhinagar, working with Prof. Nihar Mohapatra with focus on Compact modeling and TCAD based analysis of quantum phenomena in various device technologies.
