The new era requires new technology. The big challenge is to deliver the latest technology related to the subject to the students who are coming from different cultural and academic backgrounds. Taking these into accounts, innovation is crucial while delivering engineering knowledge to the students. As for me, these methods have been applied:
1) Visualization: Photos, videos, and audios - Particularly on the subject that requires lots of imagination.
2) Industrial Talk: Bringing an expert in any specific engineering field from the industry - To get an idea of any relevant technology or issues facing by the industry. Students could bring it in while doing their final year project.
3) Attitude Management: Attendance - Extra marks are given to any student with a good attendance record.
4) Technology: menti.com - Questions are given via this website and instructors will be able to show the results to the whole class.
5) Inquiry-Based Class: Open for the students to ask any questions related to the subject via any platform (i.e., U-Learn Portal)
