Successfully led the end-to-end design and implementation of a Performance Management System (PMS) software at ACI PLC, utilizing Figma for UI/UX design and collaborating closely with MIS developers to build a fully customized platform. Over a six-month period, I managed cross-functional coordination and ensured the timely delivery of the project. The PMS is now actively used by ACI Foods, ACI Consumer Brands, Branded Commodities, ACI Hygiene, Supply Chain Management, and the Commercial department. This initiative significantly enhanced performance transparency, automated the evaluation process, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement—marking a major milestone in my professional journey.

In our journey towards 10X Excellence at AKIJ Cement Compay, we have successfully implemented process automation to centralize operations across scattered departments like Production, Power House, Electrical, and Mechanical into the CCR (Central Control Room). This automation has brought a sense of relief and efficiency among all employees.
As a result of the centralized automation, the workforce in the CCR has been optimized from 27 employees to just 9, with the remaining 18 employees being reassigned to other factories based on their skills through a well-planned job rotation strategy. I played a key role in supporting the process automation and job rotation initiatives.
The entire project was led under the visionary leadership of our Honorable Managing Director of AKIJ Resources. The successful execution of this initiative was made possible with the collaboration of factory personnel, the OPEX team, and the Audit team. Together, we established this seamless and efficient process, driving operational excellence.

At Akij Resource, I took the lead on a comprehensive HR Process Automation project that spanned nearly a year, achieving 80% successful implementation. This ambitious initiative transformed the entire HR lifecycle, from ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation to Source-to-Hire and Hire-to-Retire automation. With unwavering support from our Honorable Managing Director, Sheikh Jasim Uddin, and collaboration with the HR and iBOS teams, I streamlined critical processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Key achievements included automating the Performance Management System, encompassing target setting, evaluation, and performance dialogues, which drastically reduced manual intervention. Separation processes, employee job confirmation, and HR compliance formats were also digitized, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. The project introduced automation in promotion exams, increment planning, and performance bonus calculations, fostering transparency and timeliness.
This initiative enabled real-time tracking and reporting, empowering decision-makers with data-driven insights. By eliminating redundancies and centralizing workflows, the project enhanced HR's strategic role within the organization. Notably, the automation project allowed Akij Resource to become deskless, paperless, and laptopless in its HR operations, significantly contributing to environmental sustainability by reducing paper and hardware waste.
My role involved detailed process mapping, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring a user-centric approach to system design. The collaboration with the iBOS team ensured robust technological support, and the HR team's commitment to transformation was instrumental in driving this project forward. This initiative involved crafting 10-year and 5-year strategic plans, integrating cascaded KPIs to ensure alignment across the organization. Over 38 strategic tools were utilized, including Porter’s 5 Forces, McKinsey 7S, SWOT, TOWS, VRIO, and Scenario Planning, to develop a comprehensive strategy framework. I gained extensive hands-on experience in strategy development, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios in a large corporate environment. During my tenure at Padma Group of Converters, I was part of a high-impact SAP implementation project completed within six months under the leadership of our Project Manager, GM Mr. Walid Hossain. This ambitious initiative involved 26 dedicated CTM members who worked rigorously to ensure the project’s success. My role, in collaboration with Mr. Faijur Rahman Sajib, was focused on the HCM (Human Capital Management) module. Together, we worked on configuring and optimizing the module to align with the organization’s HR and operational needs. The project required meticulous planning, in-depth technical understanding, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. Contributing to this transformative initiative not only enhanced my technical expertise but also reinforced my ability to execute large-scale ERP projects efficiently.
