4. Liaison with relevant stakeholders We coordinate with crematoriums, burial sites, transport providers, and other parties as needed, including sourcing a coffin if required.

5. Step-by-step guidance through legal, cultural, and practical processes We walk beside you through every decision, ensuring tikanga and clarity.

6. Support for tūpāpaku care at home Including cooling, dressing, karakia, and tikanga-based practices for whānau-led care.
