ModernDarzee is a complete tailoring business management solution designed to help tailors manage customer measurements, orders, invoices, payments, reports, and business records efficiently. The application reduces paperwork, improves record management, and helps ensure customer information remains secure and easily accessible.
ModernDarzee provides a digital platform for storing customer measurements, creating invoices, managing tailoring orders, tracking payments, and generating business reports.

To create a new account in ModernDarzee:
Tap the Sign Up button on the login screen.
Enter a valid Gmail address.
Create a strong password and confirm it.
Tap Create Account to complete the registration process.
Use a valid and accessible email address. It will be required for account verification and password recovery.
If you forget your password in the future, you can use the Reset Password option to receive a password reset link on your registered email.
Make sure your password is secure and easy for you to remember.
Avoid using temporary or invalid email addresses, as they may prevent you from recovering your account.
To access your ModernDarzee account:
Open the ModernDarzee app.
Enter your registered email address.
Enter your password.
Tap the Login button.
Make sure you enter the same email address used during registration.
Check that your password is entered correctly, including uppercase and lowercase letters.
Ensure you have an active internet connection while logging in.
If you cannot remember your password:
Tap the Forgot Password? option on the login screen.
Enter your registered email address.
Tap Send Reset Link.
Check your email inbox for a password reset message.
Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
The password reset email will only be sent to a registered account.
If you do not receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Use a strong password that is secure and easy for you to remember.
After resetting your password, return to the app and log in with your new password.

Before using the application, configure your shop information.
Users can enter:

This information automatically appears on printed measurements and invoices.
Open Navigation Drawer.
Select Shop Detail.
Enter required information.
Save changes.
To create a newย measurement record:
Open Homeย
Tap Add New Measurement.
Enter customer information.
Enter measurement details.
Save the record.
Users can store:
Customer Name
Phone Number
Customer Number
Address
Additional Notes
and other measurement detail
ModernDarzee automatically checks for duplicate customer phone numbers.
If a duplicate record is detected:
An alert message is displayed.
Existing customer information can be reviewed.
This prevents accidental duplicate entries.
ModernDarzee allows you to customize measurement options according to your tailoring requirements.
You can add, edit, or remove items from measurement categories such as:
Arm Styles
Neck Styles
Pocket Styles
Stitching Styles
Other custom measurement options
To customize these lists:
Open the relevant list.
Scroll to the bottom of the list.
Tap the Manage Lists button.
Add new items or modify existing ones as needed.
Save your changes.
All customized options will be available when creating or editing customer measurements.
For the best experience, select your preferred languages before entering customer data.
ModernDarzee supports separate language settings for:
App Language โ Used for menus, buttons, and app screens.
Print Language โ Used when printing customer receipts and measurement slips.
To configure language settings:
Open Settings.
Select your preferred App Language.
Select your preferred Print Language.
Save your settings.
Language selection is a one-time setup and can be changed later if needed.
For the best results, enter customer measurements and details in the same language selected for printing.
Using the correct language ensures better readability and professional-looking printouts.
ModernDarzee supports family-based customer management, allowing you to organize related customers under a single family record.
When searching for a customer, other family members linked to the same family can also be displayed automatically.
This feature helps you:
Track measurements of all family members.
Manage household customers more efficiently.
Quickly access related customer records.
Improve customer service and record management.
Print measurements of all family members at once.
When creating a new measurement record, you will find a Family ID field in top right page.
To add a customer to an existing family:
Create or open a new measurement record.
In the Family ID field, enter the Customer ID of the father, guardian, or head of the family.
Save the measurement.
The customer will automatically become part of that family group.
You can also add family members directly from an existing customer's measurement record.
To do this:
Open the customer's measurement details.
Tap the Add Child button.
A new measurement screen will open automatically.
The Family ID field will already be filled with the selected customer's Family ID.
Enter the new family member's details and measurements.
Save the record.
This method is faster and helps ensure that all family members remain correctly linked.
When a customer belongs to a family group:
Searching for one family member can display other linked members.
Family records remain connected through the Family ID.
You can easily switch between family members' measurements.
Family measurement records can be managed and printed together when needed.
Tip: Use the Customer ID of the family head as the Family ID for all related members to keep family records organized and easy to manage.
Stored measurements can be shared with customers or staff.

ModernDarzee allows you to create professional customer orders and invoices quickly and efficiently.
Each order can include:
Customer Details

When a new order is created, ModernDarzee automatically sets the Due Date to 8 days after the Order Date.
You can modify the due date manually if required.
From the Home Screen, tap New Order.
Tap the Add Customer button to select a customer.
Multiple customers can be added to the same order.
Mutiple services can ne added to the customer.
For each customer row:
Tap the Add Service button.
The service list will open.
Select one or multiple services.
The selected services and their default prices will be added automatically to the customer's order.
Use the Plus (+) button to increase the quantity.
Use the Minus (-) button to decrease the quantity.
The total amount is updated automatically based on quantity and service price.
You can customize your service list directly from the service selection screen.
Open the Service List.
Scroll to the bottom.
Tap Manage List.
Add new services.
Edit existing services.
Delete services that are no longer required.
At the bottom of the order screen:
Left Button โ Save: Saves the order without printing.
Center Button โ Add Customer: Adds another customer to the same order.
Right Button โ Save & Print: Saves the order and immediately prints the invoice.
You can also create orders directly from customer measurement records.
Open All Measurements.
Search for the desired customer.
Select one or multiple customers.
Tap the Make Order button located at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
The selected customers will automatically be added to the order screen.
Add services, quantities, and payment details as needed.
Save or print the order.
