1. Genel Bilgilendirme
Bu sayfa, MODE uygulaması kullanıcılarının hesap ve uygulama verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilmesi için hazırlanmıştır.
MODE uygulamasında kullanıcı hesabı, Firebase Authentication ile oluşturulur. Test sonuçları, etkinlik ilerlemesi, premium durumu ve geri bildirim kayıtları gibi uygulama verileri Cloud Firestore üzerinde saklanabilir.
2. Silinebilecek Veriler
Veri silme talebi kapsamında aşağıdaki veriler silinebilir veya anonim hale getirilebilir:
- Kullanıcı hesabı
- E-posta adresi
- Firebase kullanıcı kimliği
- Test sonuçları
- Etkinlik ilerleme bilgileri
- Tamamlanan test ve etkinlik kayıtları
- Premium / free durum bilgisi
- Uygulama içi ilerleme bilgileri
- Kullanıcı tarafından gönderilen geri bildirimler
3. Silme Talebi Nasıl Gönderilir?
Hesabınızın ve ilişkili uygulama verilerinizin silinmesini istiyorsanız aşağıdaki e-posta adresine talep gönderebilirsiniz:

E-posta konusu olarak şunu yazabilirsiniz:

E-postanızda lütfen MODE uygulamasında kullandığınız hesap e-posta adresini belirtin.
Güvenliğiniz için e-postada şu bilgileri paylaşmayın:
- Şifre
- Açık adres
- Telefon numarası
- Kimlik numarası
- Özel kişisel bilgiler
4. Talebin İşlenme Süresi
Veri silme talepleri makul süre içinde değerlendirilir.
Talebin doğrulanması için sizinle aynı e-posta adresi üzerinden iletişime geçilebilir.
Talep onaylandıktan sonra ilgili hesap ve uygulama verileri silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.
5. Saklanabilecek Sınırlı Veriler
Yasal yükümlülükler, güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi veya teknik zorunluluklar nedeniyle bazı sınırlı kayıtlar belirli sürelerle saklanabilir.
Bu kayıtlar yalnızca gerekli olduğu ölçüde saklanır.

1. General Information
This page is provided so that MODE users can request deletion of their account and associated app data.
MODE uses Firebase Authentication for user accounts. App data such as test results, activity progress, premium status, and feedback records may be stored in Cloud Firestore.
2. Data That May Be Deleted
The following data may be deleted or anonymized upon request:
- User account
- Email address
- Firebase user ID
- Test results
- Activity progress information
- Completed test and activity records
- Premium / free status
- In-app progress information
- Feedback submitted by the user
3. How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your account and associated app data, please contact us at:

You may use the following email subject:
MODE Data Deletion Request
In your email, please include the email address you use for your MODE account.
For your safety, do not include the following information in your email:
- Password
- Home address
- Phone number
- National identity number
- Sensitive personal information
4. Processing Time
Data deletion requests will be reviewed within a reasonable period.
We may contact you through the same email address to verify the request.
After the request is confirmed, the related account and app data will be deleted or anonymized.
5. Limited Data That May Be Retained
Some limited records may be retained for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, or technical requirements.
Such records will only be retained to the extent necessary.
