These are the core management features used to organize and control your extensions:
Disable — Temporarily deactivates the extension. It will no longer function but remains installed and can be re-enabled at any time.
Details — Opens the extension’s details page, where you can view permissions, version info, and other relevant metadata. Learn more about the details page ›
No Group — Allows you to assign the extension (e.g., uBlock Origin) to a specific group for better organization. Learn more about grouping ›
Uninstall (Trash icon) — Permanently removes the extension and deletes any locally stored data associated with it.
Selecting the checkbox will reveal the highlighted section (marked in blue in the photo):
The bulk actions feature streamlines managing multiple extensions simultaneously. Instead of performing the same action on individual extensions, you can now process them all at once.
For example, if you need to disable several extensions to improve performance or because they are no longer required, bulk actions allow you to do this quickly and efficiently.
With this feature, you can:
Add extensions to a group
Remove extensions from all groups
Enable/Disable extensions
Uninstall extensions
Profiles offer a powerful way to quickly switch between different sets of enabled and disabled extensions, optimizing your environment for specific tasks or workflows. For instance, you can create profiles like "Work," "Personal," or "Gaming" to instantly adapt your extension setup.
This feature is particularly valuable when you need to rapidly adjust your extension configuration.
The following functionalities are available within the Profiles feature:
Creating Profiles: Establish new custom profiles.
Creating a Profile from Current State: Save your current extension configuration as a new profile.
Applying a Profile: Instantly switch to a previously saved extension setup.
Duplicating a Profile: Create a copy of an existing profile.
Renaming a Profile: Modify the name of a profile.
Deleting a Profile: Remove an unwanted profile.
Configuring a Profile: Customize the extensions included in a profile.
Reordering a Profile: Arrange your profiles in a preferred order.
Groups provide a powerful way to organize your extensions by categorizing them. Each extension can belong to only one group, ensuring clear and structured management.
The following functionalities are available within the Groups feature:
Create Groups: Establish new custom extension categories.
Activate a Group: Enable all extensions within a specific group.
Deactivate a Group: Disable all extensions within a specific group.
Rename a Group: Modify the name of an existing group.
Delete a Group: Remove an unwanted group.
Ungroup All Extensions: Remove all extensions from their assigned groups.
View Number of Extensions in a Group: See a count of extensions within each group.
Change the Order of Groups (Reorder): Arrange your groups in a preferred sequence.
