The Mission of Morgan County Community of the Arts (MCCA) is to create opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the Arts. MCCA celebrates the creative process and provides opportunities for the citizens of the region to experience the value of creativity and to discover how being engaged in the Arts can enrich their lives.
