The Hotel Exe Campus Convention Center will serve as the venue for the conference, offering the most convenient accommodation option for attendees. The “Mock Barcelona” organizing committee has reserved a limited number of bedrooms from October 7th to 11th at a special rate for conference participants.

Please note that room availability is guaranteed until 20th June 2024.

The rates are as follows:

• Double Room for Single Use: 89.00 euros per night

• Double Room: 99.00 euros per night

Both rates include a buffet breakfast and 10% VAT. The tourist tax is not included.

The Vila Universitària Halls of Residence offers twin bedded ensuite apartments just 5 minutes’ walk from the Hotel Exe Campus, the conference venue. The size of each apartment  is 30 sqm. and includes two twin beds, study, kitchen, and bathroom. Capacity for 1 or 2 people. With basic kitchen utilities, linen, toilet amenities, safe, TV and air conditioning.

 The “Mock Barcelona” organizing committee has reserved a limited number of apartments from October 7th to 11th at a special rate for conference participants. Please note that room availability is guaranteed until 15th June 2024. 

The rates are as follows: 

• Apartment type Q: 7 nights: 454€ + 10% TAX 

• Apartment type Q: 1 night: 66.00 euros per night
