I am a former college baseball player who played Junior College baseball and NAIA. I didn't know how to get recruited. So after I taught two years of special education and coached baseball, I realized I could do more to help High School athletes in the sports I love. My mission is to make sure that kids and parents don't fall into the scam business of what some call recruiting services. I want to make sure you or your daughters and sons get the best experience and opportunity to play at the college level and live their dreams. To help you I provide baseball and softball college recruiting services, workout plans, meal plans, mobility plans, lessons, online exposure, and any help we can provide.
A team attitude is anticipating others' needs and offering to meet those needs. Offering promises of what they can and will do, not what they can't and won't do. Keeping promises, doing what they say they will do. Consistent follow-up and follow through with each other. Support of one another instead of placing blame.

I will ask for 100% effort. I understand every human has his or her own limitations, but I know you can push those. I will ask for your full effort for 3 reasons. 1) It helps me get you recruited easier 2) It makes our teams and programs better 3) It makes you the best person on and off the field. There is no better feeling than knowing you left your all on the field and you did your best.
