• Roaming profiles set up for each staff user with server backups
• Printers being installed via group policy
• Office and Windows products need to be activated
• Labtech & ESET need to be present on each supported device

Sales:

• Offer software licensing
  • Smart Notebook
  • Adobe Cloud
  • Netop
  • Windows
  • Office products
  • Etc.
• Setting up a domain
• Setting up roaming profiles w/ backup
• If they decline, say smart notebook, but then change their mind, we can charge for having to go to each device & activate
