Mobileiron Sentry Iso Download

Hopefully someone is still following this thread! how do we restrict EAS connections in Exchange Online / 365 only to those devices using the sentry? At the moment the devices using the sentry are creating a direct connection to EAS (get-mobiledevice) so I cannot whitelist the sentry and block everything else

In Services=>Sentry on the Admin Portal, the SSL cert will soon expire, and the other two entries (Digicert HA server CA and Root CA) not anytime soon. We will purchase a new SSL cert, but just to verify a couple of things:

1. If your SSL cert for Sentry expires, it is just a an issue of activesync traffic halting to devices, or the devices will need to be re-enrolled/etc?

2. To renew the cert (upload of new cert), we need to upload the new cert on both the sentry and core devices, and not through the admin portal page?

3. Sentry service would need to be manually restarted, or Sentry bounced, after cert upload?

My mobileiron software, which connects to the netscaler load balancer to connect my iphones to active sync is reporting thousands of messages like "Got exception during server-to-device processing, Sentry reporting error to client:Connection reset by peer"

If all is in place the access / authentication process is as follows:When the device connects to the sentry to access the configured Sharepoint Site / Webserver it authenticates with the user certificate to the Sentry and sends the requests to the ressource. The Sentry goes to to the Key Distribution Center (KDC), that's a service on an AD DC, requests a Kerberos ticket for the user with the service account and attaches this ticket to the forwarded web request to the SharePoint web server. 006ab0faaa
