Terms of Service – MoAuth: Authenticator App

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the MoAuth: Authenticator App (“Service”), owned and operated by MobileOcean (“MobileOcean,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. MobileOcean reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the Service
These Terms apply to all users of MoAuth, including those who contribute or interact with content within the app.
The Service may include software, mobile applications, text, graphics, or other interactive materials (“Content”).
MoAuth may also include links to third-party websites or services. MobileOcean has no control over and assumes no responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices. By using MoAuth, you release MobileOcean from any liability arising from your use of third-party resources.
We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.”
MobileOcean, its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that your use of the app and any content downloaded or obtained through MoAuth is done at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileOcean, its affiliates, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any:
(i) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
(ii) loss of data or corruption of files;
(iii) interruption of business; or
(iv) any amount exceeding the fees you have paid (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
MobileOcean shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. MoAuth Premium Subscription
By subscribing to MoAuth Premium, you gain access to additional features. Premium plans are billed according to the selected term (monthly or annual).
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device account settings.
All charges are non-refundable.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase of a paid plan.
If you violate these Terms, your subscription or access may be suspended or terminated without refund.
6. General Use of the Service
MobileOcean grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MoAuth solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Service without written authorization.
Access the Service through automated systems or unauthorized methods.
Use the Service for commercial activities such as selling access, advertisements, or promotions without MobileOcean’s written consent.
Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes upon others’ rights.
Introduce viruses, malware, or code designed to damage or disrupt systems.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account and possible legal action.
7. Use of Content
All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed in MoAuth are the property of MobileOcean or their respective owners.
You may only access and use content as permitted by the functionality of the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit content without prior written permission.
You agree not to interfere with or disable any security features of the app.
8. User Content and Conduct
As a MoAuth user, you may submit or store data within the Service (for example, accounts, verification tokens, or settings).
You are solely responsible for all content you create, store, or transmit through MoAuth.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such data.
MobileOcean does not claim ownership over your authentication data and does not sell or share it with third parties.
However, we may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and security purposes.
You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. MobileOcean reserves the right to remove content or suspend users that breach these Terms.
9. Account Termination
MobileOcean may suspend or permanently terminate access to MoAuth if a user repeatedly violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activity.
Termination may occur without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
10. Third-Party Services (RevenueCat and Others)
MoAuth uses third-party services such as RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify payments.
By using MoAuth, you also agree to be bound by the terms and privacy policies of these third parties.
MobileOcean is not responsible for their actions, data processing, or security practices.
11. Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained legal consent from a parent or guardian, and have the full capacity to agree to these Terms and comply with them.
12. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without MobileOcean’s prior written consent.
MobileOcean may freely assign these Terms in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye.
