Alcohol sales cease at the 75th minute of the game
TVs can be found around the stadium to keep track of the game time
Guests should be refused service if they are intoxicated
Say no and offer an alternative non-alcoholic beverage or food item
Give clear reasons and do not judge the guest. Never say “You’re drunk”
Call for backup if the guest makes trouble
Supervisors and managers will ALWAYS support you
Fill out an alcohol incident form
NEVER take actions into your own hands, call your supervisor, manager or stadium security
If you don’t feel comfortable serving the guest, no one can force you to serve them
Dram Shop Laws
If an illegal sale leads to damage outside of the stadium, we are liable and YOU are liable

A third-party independent company will come in to “shop” associates and volunteers regarding the alcohol policy EVERY event
They are looking to see if associates or volunteers:
Check the ID if the guest appears under 30 years old
Serve the correct amount per guest = two (2)
Make sure you understand what is and isn’t considered two drinks
Do not sell or give refills
If you ask the person if they are 21, they will answer honestly
Reminder; serving a minor is grounds for termination of volunteer status. Serving a minor is also a criminal offense.
