As our mindsets and practices evolve, it is essential that schools reimagine their code of conduct and student engagement practices to ensure they center discipline practices as pathways to model, teach and reinforce positive behavior across the school community. This session will help educators build capacity and secure resources they need to reimagine their discipline practices and procedures to reflect the values and needs of the community and operationalize the use of restorative and supportive, discipline framework.
