This laboratory studies metrology/analysis techniques for the structure/material properties of semiconductor devices and thermal-electronic devices in satellites.

– Job opening –

• Master, Ph.D. students

– Current research interest –

• Thermal analysis and cooling in vacuum for Solid State Drive (SSD) system

• Thermal analysis for electronics such as RF sensors in satellites

• Non-contact thermometry such as IR camera and photothermal methods

• Torture analysis techniques for semiconductor devices

• SEM Image enhancement for NAND and DRAM modules using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)

– Conditions –

• Salary for mater students : 1.0 million won per month

• Salary for doctoral graduate students : 1.5~2.0 million won per month (it varies on the year of doctoral degree)

• Salary for Ph.D. researchers : 3.0 million won per month (There is an incentive for papers)
