Ask a Librarian

Acceptable queries will receive a response from a librarian within one business day.

The sender will not receive a response if the email address is invalid.

The following inquiries will not be answered:

1. Questions that are not related to the library

2. Topics outside the scope of the library

3. Business inquiries

4. comprehensive bibliographies

5. Contest, puzzle, or game solutions

6. Homework questions that are too specific.


Organization of Learning Resources

Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) System is used to organize all learning resources. These are made accessible through the Integrated Library System (ILS) using Koha Library System. Faculty and students may use the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) to access these materials.

Document Delivery Services

Document Delivery is a simple request, such as photocopying desired materials in print and non-print formats, and is subject to library rules and regulations.

Only the following are eligible to use this service:

1. MNHSMAIN Administrators

2. MNHSMAIN Faculty members

3. Mnhsian students who are currently enrolled

Guidelines:

1. Client may ask and submit request using the Inter-library Loan Google Form.

2. Scanned and photocopied materials can be sent by email, PDF file or will be picked up from the library.

3. When requested materials are available for pick up, client will be notified by phone, Fakebook page or email.

4. All requested materials must be claimed at the Library.
