Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) falls under Minnesota National Guard (MNNG), J9 - Joint Prevention & Support Services.
We provide courses, classes, and clinics at the unit level and higher, for RSP recruits, and more. We support service members, their families, and communities. We facilitate maximizing Lethality of the fighting force through the 5 domains of readiness: Physical, Mental, Nutritional, Spiritual, & Sleep. We provide our resources, knowledge, & training based on the 3 principles: Optimization, Immersion, & Individualization.
