Options for Participation
Live Viewing
Sessions will be available for synchronous participation in two ways.
Zoom Room Sessions - These sessions are the live action site. This is where you want to be if you'd like to be seen and have an opportunity to ask questions. If you attend a Zoom session you are agreeing to have your image broadcast on our YouTube channel.
YouTube Live Simulcast - This is where to access if you want to watch and post comments on the Youtube feed which are by their nature more organic and fleeting.
Technical Support
We are in this together - if you experience technical difficulties - we will not have the capacity to help trouble shoot, but be reassured that all sessions will be available after the event.

Continuing the Conversation
Session Lounge Each session is 45 minutes and in some cases you may want to continue the conversation to share ideas or commiserate with colleagues. A Session Lounge will be made available at the end of each session so you can continue a hosted conversation beyond the presentation.
These sessions will be recorded and made available - participating in a lounge means agreeing to have your interaction recorded and shared

All of our sessions will be made available starting on Tuesday, May 5th. Sessions will be organized by topic to make it easy to find and follow along.
