If you or your child are in need of calming strategies or ways to get out energy- Try searching "Mindfulness for Kids", "guided meditation kids", "Mind Yeti", or "Go Noodle" for brain breaks and meditations. Scroll down a bit and you'll find one of my favorites! (I find it works well for stress, anxiety, and anger.
