POP Planning Encoding will run from July 14 to August 14, 2025. Afterwards, all platform will be closed.

Submission of vetted and approved POP Planning is on or before August 29, 2025.

8:00 AM to 12:00 NN - HOPSS
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - OMCC
August 20, 2025 (Wednesday)
8:00 AM to 12:00 NN - AHPS
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Medical Service
August 22, 2025 (Thursday)
8:00 AM to 12:00 NN - Nursing Service
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Finance Service

Division Heads, Units Heads/Point-person (if unit heads is not available), Planning and Management Unit, Budget Unit, Accounting Unit, Procurement Unit, and Materials and Management Unit.

No, all platform copies will not be included on the consolidated WFP, PPMP, and APP.
The resource requirement I need is not on the Procurement Catalogue, or there are changes in specifications or prices

If the items will undergo procurement process, below are the steps:
Conduct a Market Study
Coordinate with the assigned TWG for approval of specs and price.
Coordinate with Procurement to include in the Procurement Catalogue.
