DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM No.: 2025-0060 - Implementation of Uniform ARTA Corner Signage in the DOH-Central Office and its Operating Units

In accordance with Republic Act 11032, also known as the "Ease ofDoing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018," all government agencies, including the Department of Health, are mandated to post ARTA IEC Materials in all Offices. However, different IEC materials have been observed across various offices and facilities. Thus, the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) Secretariat developed a standardized ARTA Corner Signage for official use by the DOHCentral Office and its Operating Units. Adopting a uniform ARTA Corner Signage fosters cohesion and ensuresthat clients have access to clear information and guidance, thereby promoting service excellence and regulatory compliance. In this regard, the DOH-CO, CHDs, DATRCs, DOH Hospitals, and all other DOH-concerned facilities shall display the approved signage at the main entrance of their offices or at the most conspicuous location within their premises in the form of a tarpaulin, ensuring readability.
