This project was all about coming together with a partner and making a PowerPoint and doing research about two separate communities outside of the US and then making a PowerPoint showing the two communities together
I chose Sudan and my partner, chip chose South Korea.
I found out that Sudan was way hotter than I remember it, reaching 108 degrees farrenheit
I realized that all countries have different capabilities of accessing technology. Some people do not have the same access to the internet as others, as well as using devices such as computers and phones. Through the project, I have learned that one should learn to appreciate the technology he or she has because not everyone has the same privilege.
An interesting fact I discovered was that all the population in South Korea has access to technology, whereas only 29% of the population in Sudan has access to technology. The gap between both countries is 68.4%. Sudan cannot access the internet due to the ongoing wars in their country.
