Seaforestation

Take a school bus to the beach and explore the Water and Ocean Research Centre.

They're just getting set up, but you'll want to go to the lower level and talk to Jess.

Click on the "Seaforestation" button to learn about Seaforestation. Use a book and quill to take some notes.

Harvest some kelp and take it to the ocean. 

Use your camera and book & quill to document the "before" biodiversity of the ocean.

Look for sand with cracks in it and plant some kelp there to seaforest the ocean.

Change yourself into build mode (you can use the NPC in front of the school if you need to) and add some sea life to the oceans. Choose the species you think belong to this ecosystem.

Use your camera and book & quill to document the "after" biodiversity of the ocean.

Write an explanation of seaforestation and how it helps both the ocean and the humans who live around it. Make sure to include at least some Indigenous teachings in your explanation.

Export a .pdf of your book to submit to your teacher.
