Here are some useful keyboard shortcuts that will let you click and drag to screenshot the part of your screen where the error message, bug, or other problem is happening. Depending on the type of computer you're using, these screenshots can then be uploaded or pasted into a chat or e-mail with your expert.
WINDOWS + SHIFT + S
Click and drag after pressing Windows + Shift + S at the same time to select the part of the screen you want to copy.

CMD + SHIFT + 4
