CNC Router

A group of SIX undergraduate students working on a CNC Routing Machine under my supervision, have defended their final project in December 2017.

In this project work, we studied and observed basic structural and operating principle of a CNC and how to works also as manually.

For the development of country’s growing demand one need to ensure the utilization of resources and time. In modern world, production line should be competitive. For the proper utilization, it is required technologically advance machine for coping up the demand line. Technologically advance machine are regularly changing on market demand and depending upon parts ability. Every industrial production line or small manufacturing needs prototypes whose are highly customizable and regularly changeable and raw frame for products. To provoke prototypes, one has to understand prototypes makers, like CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine is used to make prototype machine parts or fabrication for big scale production goods, or Multi-Axis robotic arm for making prototypes machine or making actual production.

Wind Turbine

A group of Five undergraduate students working on a Wind Turbine under my supervision, have recently defend their final project.

The aim of this project is to design a wind turbine to produce electricity while working on an optimum rotor. As wind turbine is not a new technology, the project will be aimed at proving and optimizing a system based on existing technology to achieve the desired power output. The project is encompasses the modern design of wind blades, tower, wind vane, battery and the proper electricity generator. For generator part in wind turbine we are using a suitable permanent magnet DC motor. An experiment was undergone to determine the output voltage and also check whether the DC generator operate properly. Ultimately the aim of this project is to make use of wind to supply electricity requirements in a sustainable manner.

Firefighting Robot

We are using robot instead of human fire fighter because human life is more important than robot. Robot is more efficient than human and robot is safer. The Fire Fighting and Surveillance robot uses a control application, at the user end to control the robot remotely using Wireless technology. The operator can operate it from a safe distance. This system can transmit video and it can detect gas and put water to extinguish fire.

Smart Traffic management system

The main objective is to make the traffic management system a smart and intelligent one. The proposed system tries to minimize the possibilities of traffic jams caused by the traffic lights to some extent by clearing the road with higher density of vehicles. The system also provides the clearance for the emergency vehicle if any.
