Keynotes
keynote1: Hayato Nishi is a researcher in statistical urban analysis, specializing in real estate and other spatial data on urban spaces. He currently serves as a Project Lecturer in the Center for Real Estate Innovation (CREI) at the University of Tokyo. His work combines statistical modeling with intuitive visual tools to uncover patterns in housing markets and urban form.
keynote2 : Takehiko Hashimoto was born in Japan in 1975. He received the B. A. Degree from Teikyo University in 1998. From 1998 to 2005 he was an Engineer and a Researcher at IX Knowledge Inc. From 2005 to 2008 he was a Marketing Researcher at LandMark Inc. From 2008 to 2017 he was a Data Scientist at BrainPad Inc. From 2013 to 2018 he was a Secretary General at The Japan DataScientist Society.
Since 2017, he has been a General Manager at AI Strategy Center of GA technologies Co., Ltd. Since 2018, he has been a Guest Associate Professor at The University of Electro-Communications. Since 2019, he has been an Industrial Advisor in the Faculty of Data Science at The Shiga University. Since 2025, he has been CEO/DataScientist at BRIDGE Co., Ltd.
His current research interests include data science, data management, and real estate technology.
