1. Will the extended abstract conference proceedings be published by AIP?
Yes. The extended abstracts will be published by AIP (American Institute of Physics), indexed in:
- ISI Proceedings
- Zentrablatt fur Mathematik
- MathSciNet
- Scopus
- INSPEC
- Scirus
- Google Scholar
2. What are the criteria for eligibility for the full paper?
All contributing authors from MMAI/ICNAAM 2020 are invited to submit a full paper version of their short paper accepted. All full papers will be subject to a new refereeing process according to the journal standards.
3. Since the event is described as a virtual symposium, will it be distributed over a time period or will it happen at a specific date?
The works submitted to this virtual symposium are presented in slides format (see https://sites.google.com/view/mmai2020/page/papers/call_for_papers ) and appear on the website from the first day of ICNAAM Conference: September 17, 2020, with no end date. The slides will be removed if one of the authors does not want them to be beyond the end date of the conference.
4. In virtual participations, does the 1.5 fee rule also apply for two jobs?
Yes. For participants of this virtual symposium (without physical participation) the registration fee is:
For one paper (1): 1 registration fee (300 EUR)
For two papers (2): 1.5 registration fees (450 EUR)
For three papers (3): 2 registration fees (600 EUR)
For four papers (4): 3 registration fees (900 EUR)
This amount should be write to registration form including the number of the virtual symposium or with the declaration that your participation is virtual. If the virtual symposium participant want also to attend the conference (without presentation), the fees is the same that the physical participants. See Early/Normal/Late Registration here.
