Will the workshop have formal proceedings?

The workshop will not have any formal proceedings. However, abstracts and posters of accepted submissions will be hosted on the workshop website.

Will the talks be recorded?

All talks will be recorded, and the videos will be linked to on the workshop website.

Will presenter slides be made available?

Slides from all presenters will be made available on the workshop website.

I can't attend the workshop. How can I participate?

Posters and abstracts of accepted submissions will be made available the morning of the workshop on the workshop website. Viewers will be allowed to leave comments and ask questions (via Google Docs commenting), which we will encourage authors to respond to.

Will the workshop provide travel grants?

The workshop will provide travel grants to presenters of contributed work, the amount of which will be subject to demand and financial need.

Will the workshop provide visa support?

Attendees who require a visa to enter Canada should apply for one using the NeurIPS conference's process.

Will the workshop provide child care?

NeurIPS has contracted KiddieCorp to provide subsidized child care. Parents must sign up in advance and contribute a modest co-payment. The workshop will reimburse attendees for a portion of this co-payment (for the day of the workshop), the amount of which will be subject to demand and financial need.
