Submission
Submission
MLMI is using the CMT online submission system: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/MLMI2024
Paper Formatting
Papers will consist of maximum 8 pages (text, figures and tables) + up to 2 pages for references only. Papers should be formatted in Lecture Notes in Computer Science style. Style files can be found on the Springer website. The file format for submissions is Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Other formats will not be accepted.
Blind Review
MLMI reviewing is strictly double-blind: authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Please see the Anonymity guidelines of MICCAI 2024 for detailed explanations of how to ensure this.
Supplemental Material
Supplemental material submission is optional. This material may include: videos of results that cannot be included in the main paper, anonymized related submissions to other conferences and journals, and appendices or technical reports containing extended proofs and mathematical derivations that are not essential to understand the paper. Contents of the supplemental material should be referred to appropriately in the paper and reviewers are not obliged to look at it.
Simultaneous Submission
Our policy is that in submitting a paper, authors implicitly acknowledge that NO paper of substantially similar content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop until MLMI decisions are made.
Camera-ready Submission
MLMI is using the same online submission system for the final submission. Please follow the following instructions to prepare your final submission.
Authors of each accepted paper need to upload a single zip file containing all your materials. The zip file should be named as MLMI2024-XXX.zip, where XXX is your 3-digit paper submission ID. If your paper ID has less than 3 digits, add zeros in front. For example, MLMI2024-007.zip. The required materials include:
A completed copyright form. Please note that the copyright form must be filled out and signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors. Conference name, "MLMI 2024”, and the volume editors' names are already entered for you. The form must be signed in wet-ink. Digital signature is not acceptable. Please scan your signed form and save it as a PDF file or scan your signature as image inserted to the word file. The completed copyright form must be renamed to LicenseToPublish-XXX.docx or LicenseToPublish-XXX.pdf, where XXX is your 3-digit paper submission ID. The form is attached at the bottom of this page or you can download it via this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XqPRVvJh3XnKkYSJFDruTOF3BCoADtAf/edit?usp=drive_link&ouid=100314921350984273871&rtpof=true&sd=true

A PDF of the final version of the camera-ready paper. The PDF file must be named as Paper-XXX.pdf, where XXX is your 3-digit paper submission ID. Authors information, acknowledgement, and data/code links should be recovered in the camera-ready version. Note: there is a page limitation that a paper may not exceed 10.5 pages (consisting of up to 8.5 pages of main body of the paper (main text, figures, and tables) + 2 pages of references).
