He tries to learn new stuffs from his group members by closely working with them. Trained as an experimental chemist, he enjoys working in the lab.

Leran Hao (2024 - ): He uses triple oxygen isotope to study crustal evolution.
Yuling Zeng (2024 - ): She works on PGE measurements in extraterrestrial samples using TIMS and also isotope effects in thermal ionization.
Graduate Research Fellows:
Hao Guo (Ph.D. Candidate; 2020 - ): He works on triple oxygen isotope effects in hydrogen peroxide to solve problems in atmosphere, earth, and planetary sciences. Published works: Guo et al. (2022, EPSL)
Longye Du (Ph.D. Candidate; 2021 - ): She works on multiple sulfur and oxygen isotope measurements in sulfate sediments for reconstructing the Tibetan Plateau's surface paleo-environment. Published works: Chen et al. (2025, PNAS); Yu et al. (2025, GCA)
Erhu Wang (Ph.D. Candidate; 2021 - ): He studies Martian CO2 isotope compositions by conducting simulation experiments in the lab.
Binjian Lu (Ph.D. Student; 2024 - ): He received his bachelor degree in biotechnology and master degree in paleontology and stratigraphy. His research will focus on prebiotic chemistry (co-supervised with Prof. Ruiqin Yi) and he will propose a graduate research project soon. Published works: Chen et al. (2025, PNAS)
Zhengwen Niu (Ph.D. Candidate; 2023 - ): He studies stable sulfur isotope geochemistry in the solid Earth. He also studied radiosulfur isotopes and sulfur cycling in the atmosphere as an undergrad research fellow in our group. Published work: Niu and Lin (2025, ACS Environmental Au)
Lele Yang (Ph.D. Candidate; 2023 - ): With a bachelor degree in chemistry, he works on photochemically induced isotope effects in planetary processes.
Xinling Zou (M.Sc. Candidate; 2022 - ): She works on radiosulfur cycling in the atmosphere at a short time scale based on a daily sampling and analysis strategy.
Xiaomin Lin (RA: 2020 - 2024; M.Sc. Student: 2024 - ): She measured radiosulfur in natural samples when she worked in our group as a full-time research assistant. Research Assistant:
Xiangyue Long (2024 - ): She works on 5-sulfur isotope analysis and helps to measure samples collected by our group and collaborators around the world.

Qingquan Hu (M.Sc. Student: 2025 - ): He will work on iron isotope fractionations induced by mechanochemistry in crustal faulting (co-supervised with Dr. Xiao Wu).
