Call for Papers

Topics for the workshop include but are not limited to:

·       Image segmentation techniques based on multiscale multimodal images. 

·       Multimodal fusion across scales combining imaging and genomic data.

·       Multiscale multimodal disease classification and prediction using supervised or unsupervised methods. 

·       Machine learning-driven generation and annotation of benchmark medical imaging datasets for clinical decision support

·       Computer-aided diagnosis of radiology and pathology imaging data for cancers and other diseases

·       Multimodal learning for content similarity in biomedical imaging 

·       Imaging biomarkers for measuring response to treatments

·       Disease model-building and clinical decision support systems based on multimodal analysis

·       Results of clinical studies/evaluations of decision support algorithms in clinical practice.
