Q: How do I book a service?
A: You can request services through our software, email, call, or text us directly. We recommend booking early, especially for holidays.
Q: Do you offer a FREE meet & greet?
A: Yes! All new clients receive one FREE meet & greet so we can get to know each other before booking.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: As early as possible, especially for holidays or peak travel times.
Q: What’s included in an overnight stay?
A: Overnight care includes Feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks or playtime, and daily photo updates.
Q: Do you give medications?
A: Yes. Oral, topical, and most injectable medications can be given for a small fee.
Q: Will you care for pets with special needs?
A: Absolutely. With my vet assistant background, I’m experienced in handling pets with medical or behavioral needs.
Q: Can you bring my pet to the vet or groomer?
A: Yes. We offer pet taxi services for an additional fee.
Q: Will my pet always see the same sitter?
A: Yes, services are performed by me (Ana) or, in some cases, my husband Kayden if previously discussed.

A: Yes, MKZ Pet Care is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Q: How do you handle mileage fees?
A: The first 10 miles from Sorrento, FL are free. After that, mileage is $0.75 per mile (one way).
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and card through our Time to Pet client portal.
Q: Do my pets need to be vaccinated?
A: Yes, dogs must be current on their Rabies vaccine for everyone’s safety.
Q: What happens if my pet gets sick or injured while I’m away?
A: We’ll contact you immediately and, if needed, take them to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency hospital.
Q: How will you get into my home?
A: Most clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox. We’ll discuss the best option at your meet & greet.
