All underclassmen will take their photos during their FIRST scheduled physical education class.
Here are some tips for taking a good Talon Yearbook photo:
Dress nicely and appropriately. Wear something that makes you feel confident and put-together, but avoid anything too casual or overly trendy. Solid colors or simple patterns often photograph best. THINK about how your neckline/straps/sleeves/logos will look when the picture is snapped.
Style your hair neatly. Make sure your hairstyle is neat and polished.
Sit up straight. Good posture will make the photo look more professional and flattering.
Follow any specific instructions from the Lors photographer as they will give you advice about how to position your head, body, or hands. Listen closely to their guidance.
Relax and be yourself. The best yearbook photos capture the authentic you!
The key is to present yourself in a polished, poised way while still looking natural and comfortable. With a little preparation, you can end up with a great yearbook photo that you'll be happy to look back on. After picture day, you can reach out to a Yearbook staff member for a preview of the underclassmen pages to make sure we get your name and photo correct!
