I worked part-time as IT Helpdesk support for the Northampton Public Schools, (Northampton, MA, USA). During this time, I assisted the administration and regular maintenance of all IT services of 6 public schools for pre-kindergarden to 12 grade Teachers and Administrative staff. Tasks include including standard help desk requests, inventory and upgrading, software and hardware installation. In this role I also was a part of the District Technology Planning Committee Member in 2012.
