Semiconductor Metallization
Metal Nanostructures
Aqueous Battery
Exploring the fields of electrochemistry and nanomaterials, our research delves into the electrodeposition process, with a specific emphasis on semiconductor metallization. Our goal is to enhance electrochemical techniques for fabricating metal interconnections in electronic devices, unraveling the mechanisms behind the growth of metal nanostructures in solution, and pioneering electrochemical systems for energy conversion and storage.
We are not currently recruiting undergraduate research interns. Recruitment is expected to resume in the Summer of 2026. Undergraduate students who are seriously considering applying to our graduate program are welcome to contact Dr. MJ Kim (mjkim09@skku.edu).Â
