I study biogeochemistry of forest ecosystems. Especially, the hidden half of forest, belowground processes, attracts me. I try to understand why ecosystems services are produced using various ideas.

森林生態系の物質循環と生物活動との関係に関する研究に取り組んでいます。

主に地下部で起きている現象を追いかけています。

視えない世界をあの手この手で観ることで森の生態系サービスがどのようにもたらされるのかを知りたいです。
