PRIVACY POLICY

As you can see, the Google Analytics UI shows the amount of active users, the amount of active users in the last 30 minutes, where the active users are coming from, and more. We use Google Analytics to not only show relevant ads, but to improve our services and push them from the Philippines to all over the world.

#4: IS THIS DATA CONFIDENTIAL?

Oh, of course it is! It is always against Google Analytics' TOS to share data outside any business or company. Your information is always a secret with us. But sometimes, our workers can become rulebreakers and expose your personal information outside our company. Luckily, we have a process to report this behavior. Here are all the steps.

• 1: Let us know. It all starts with filling out the Contact / Send A Review form. Then be specific about which data was exposed without your consent.

• 2: Wait. Please do not send spam messages telling us about the same incident, as we are still processing the form. It might take from a few hours to a couple of days.

• 3: Finding the source of the leaked data: When the form is done processing, we will take some time investigating who or what leaked your personal information.

• 4: Taking necessary action on the responsible party: We will take action on the responsible party, ranging from prohibition of using the source to share the information to being IP banned everywhere (for serious offenders)

• 5: Information will become private: The information leaked will slowly not show up when it is searched for. This could take a lot of time, depending on how bad the situation became before an inquiry was made.

• 6: Recommendation: We might recommend changing your email or password to prevent further incidents.

As of July 22nd, 2025, you must input your country of residence (meaning where you are currently living). As stated in the Privacy Policy above, we have the right to track and store data securely. Knowing your location can help us determine your IP address, which may enable us to block malicious users and protect our website.

You are and can be responsible for your privacy on our website. You may not be able to control what types of data are collected, but you can control your reputation by understanding the Digital Footprint. So, what is the Digital Footprint, you ask? The Digital Footprint is everything you've said, done, viewed, or interacted with online. We may collect your Digital Footprint and decide if you can contact us or not. By understanding your Digital Footprint, you can ensure you get access to MIXI Entertainment Philippines' website and keep your privacy private.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act requires all companies to not collect data or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) on children under 13. We strictly follow this law and do not collect data on children under that age. This means when a child does an act that requires the collection of PII, we:

• Do not store their information

• Delete their information as soon as it is received
