Life coaching with Tre is a space to step back, slow down, and look honestly at where you are—and where you want to go.
My approach has been shaped by years of studying and practicing across different traditions, including Taoism, Christianity, and Stoicism, as well as meditation, movement, and the embodied practices of Qi Gong and Tao Yin.
But this is not about following a particular philosophy, religion, or set of beliefs.
Over time, I have developed my own approach by taking what I have found meaningful, practical, and transformative from these traditions—and leaving behind the dogma.
No doctrine. No prescribed way of living. No need to believe what I believe.
Instead, we explore the questions that are relevant to your life.
What is creating tension or confusion?
What patterns keep repeating?
What do you actually want?
What is within your control—and what isn't?
How can you become more present with your own experience?
The goal isn't to give you all the answers.
It's to help you develop the clarity and awareness to discover your own.
Life coaching isn't only about talking about change. It's about learning how to bring greater presence into everyday life.
We may work with reflection, conversation, practical exercises, mindfulness, breath, movement, or simple practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine.
The intention is to help you cultivate a way of being that extends beyond our sessions—into your relationships, your work, your decisions, and the ordinary moments of your life.
Less searching for the "right" way to live.
More learning to listen, choose, and live consciously.
You don't need to adopt a philosophy to benefit from this work.
You don't need to become someone different.
You simply need a willingness to look honestly at yourself and your life.
Together, we create space for greater clarity, peace, resilience, presence, and connection—and from there, begin to explore what comes next
