By downloading, installing, or using Mix'd, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and do not use it.
Eligibility
Mix'd is intended for users aged 18 and over. Shisha and hookah products are tobacco products subject to age restrictions in most jurisdictions. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or meet the legal smoking age in your country.
What Mix'd Does
Mix'd is a flavour pairing tool that recommends shisha flavour combinations based on your preferences and the flavours available at your lounge. It is provided as a free utility for personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or its content
Use the app to promote or sell tobacco products to minors
Intellectual Property
The Mix'd app, its design, branding, recommendation engine, flavour database, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the developer. Flavour names and brand names referenced within the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
No Promotion of Tobacco
Mix'd is a flavour pairing tool only. It does not sell, supply, advertise, or promote tobacco products. The app does not encourage smoking or the use of any tobacco or nicotine products. Users are solely responsible for their own choices regarding tobacco use.
Health Disclaimer
Smoking shisha or hookah carries significant health risks including but not limited to respiratory illness, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Mix'd provides no health advice. By using this app, you acknowledge that you are aware of the health risks associated with smoking and that the developer accepts no liability for any health consequences arising from your use of tobacco products.
Limitation of Liability
Mix'd is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that flavour recommendations will meet your personal taste preferences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
