Effective date: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MixCam app ("MixCam" or "the app") from Nextpixel Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using MixCam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MixCam on Apple devices that you own or control. This license is subject to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
MixCam is free to download. Some features need MixCam Premium, and the free version limits recordings to 60 seconds. Premium is offered as:
Weekly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, and
Lifetime, a one-time purchase that does not renew.
The current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Free trials: if a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring purchases: you can restore Premium on another device signed in with the same Apple Account by using Restore Purchases in the app.
You own the videos and photos you make with MixCam. They stay on your device, and we do not claim any rights to them. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. If you delete the app or your device is lost, recordings that only exist inside MixCam may be lost too.
You agree to use MixCam lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree:
to follow the laws about recording people in the places where you record;
to get consent before you record, publish or share other people where the law requires it;
not to use MixCam to harass, stalk, or invade anyone's privacy; and
not to use MixCam to record content that is illegal or that infringes others' rights.
Some features, such as captions and title suggestions, rely on Apple technologies. They may not be available on every device, language or region. Captions and suggestions are created automatically and may be inaccurate, so please check them before sharing.
These Terms are between you and Nextpixel Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
MixCam is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that recordings will never be lost or damaged.
To the extent allowed by law, Nextpixel Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, recordings or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for MixCam in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
You can stop using MixCam at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; please cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms when the app or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using MixCam after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
